Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Traditional NAV operations, including capital activity bookings, accruals, amortization, yields, diagnostic checks, and validation of NAV through financial mainframe reports.
  • •Manage monthly and reporting activities such as fee reviews, trustee packs, queries, and regulatory/client reporting across relevant jurisdictions.
  • •Reduce manual processes, identify opportunities for capacity and efficiency, and support technology upgrades; lead UAT when required.
  • •Develop MI requirements/processes, ensure accurate delivery of supporting statistics/reports/returns within agreed timescales, and standardize processes using best practices.
  • •Establish operational controls and checkpoints, perform operational risk assessment, manage audit/regulatory issues, and ensure escalation processes and governance of daily/weekly trackers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or qualifications aligned to accounting/finance.
  • •3-5 years of relevant funds administration experience with strong NAV calculation knowledge and end-to-end fund accounting understanding.
  • •Experience performing and reviewing funds in accounting/valuations or institutional fund services, with complete understanding of the trade life cycle.
  • •Strong analytical and statistical skills to analyze data trends and projections, with attention to detail and ability to monitor operational goals.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong accounting concepts, including understanding financial statements.
