Job Summary

Support the marketing plan for Quilter’s advice proposition, working with Advice Marketing Managers and Executives to drive activity across planning, delivery, and performance review. Create and deliver multi-channel campaigns and marketing collateral, manage digital presence and social media content, and administer the marketing workflow system (MPAH). Coordinate industry award entries, handle financial adviser marketing enquiries, and engage stakeholders across sales and operations while meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the wider advice marketing team in delivering the marketing plan to advisers and customers.
•Create and manage marketing campaigns and marketing collateral, coordinating with subject matter experts for accurate information.
•Manage digital presence and social media content to influence adviser and customer behaviour and support adviser promotion.
•Administer marketing materials from sign-off through annual review using the MPAH marketing workflow system.
•Coordinate award entries and manage responses to financial adviser marketing enquiries sent to the Quilter Financial Advisers mailbox.
