Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls, build trust, explain options, and close repair or upgrade sales.
  • •Replace springs, rollers, motors and other door components; install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment for proper function.
  • •Lubricate and test equipment to ensure smooth operation; use basic hand and power tools to complete the work you sell.
  • •Deliver an outstanding customer experience that earns repeat and referral business; collect payments and document each job.
  • •This is a sales role first, but you’ll also get your hands dirty, closing the sale and then performing the repair yourself.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 150,000 annually
