Asst. Manager, Dispatch

Oversee daily dispatch operations and ensure dispatch plans meet daily activity needs and CATRION standards for both quantity and quality. Lead and train the dispatch team on health and safety, monitor inventory levels, and align dispatch schedules with production and warehouse output. Track performance metrics, resolve operational issues, maintain shipment documentation, and handle delivery-related customer complaints while reporting progress and dispatch data using catering/dispatch systems.
