Job Summary

Support student learning and teacher practice in a virtual PBL classroom by designing individual and group learning opportunities. Model differentiated instruction, deliver ongoing professional development, and coach teachers and school leaders through observations and feedback. Help align instruction with standards and student data, support instructional decisions, and assist with assessment and grading practices, including analysis and research on new practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement well-organized individual and group learning opportunities for teachers and school leaders.
•Model effective, differentiated instruction and provide coaching based on observations and meaningful feedback.
•Create and deliver ongoing professional development for teachers and school leaders.
•Assist teachers in aligning instruction with teaching methods, standards, and student data; support instructional decisions based on student data.
•Assist with implementing assessment and grading practices and support analyzing student data.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Education.
•Five (5) years of successful teacher experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
•Ability to work in a remote role, typically 40+ hours per week, and maintain a professional home office without distraction.
•Must reside in Michigan.
•Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and pass required background check.
