Job Summary

Support the Infrastructure Debt Germany team within the Global Investment Platform across the investment lifecycle. Help screen opportunities, prepare materials for an Investment Committee, and assist with transaction due diligence by reviewing financial, legal, commercial, and technical reports. Contribute to risk and ESG assessments, conduct financial modelling, and support fundraising and investor communication alongside investment professionals.

•Support the initial screening of infrastructure debt investment opportunities and prepare materials for the Investment Committee.
•Assist in preparing investment opportunity materials for current and potential investors.
•Undertake transaction due diligence by reviewing and analyzing financial, legal, commercial, and technical reports.
•Support risk and ESG assessments and help with internal transaction ratings.
•Conduct financial modelling and support fundraising activities and investor communication for transactions.
