Meteorologist

Create daily impacts-based weather forecasts and briefings for operations and emergency management, with a focus on critical fire-weather patterns that affect wildfire risk. Develop seasonal outlooks, predictive models, and forecast products, and build tools/dashboards to support situational awareness and fire environment analysis. Support incident management during EOC activations and collaborate across meteorology, data science, risk modeling, operations, and leadership.
