Job Summary

Design, develop, and optimize power electronics hardware for high-performance energy conversion systems across the full product lifecycle. Define hardware architecture, schematics, and component selection; design power stages, gate drivers, protection circuits, auxiliary power supplies, and control interfaces. Execute electrical, thermal, magnetic, and reliability calculations and simulations, maintain technical documentation (including BOMs), support prototypes and industrialization, and resolve hardware failures via root cause analysis. Support product certifications to IEC/UL/CE standards and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

•Design and develop power electronics hardware for energy conversion systems.

•Prepare and maintain technical documentation (design specs, test reports, calculations, schematics, and BOMs) and provide support during prototype builds, pilot production, and industrialization.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
•Preferred: Industrial Engineer with a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
•Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary groups.
•Rigor and method in engineering execution, with dedication and proactivity.
•Eagerness to learn and dynamism in delivering work.
