Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the integrated execution of hardware development, subcontract activities, manufacturing, and deployment readiness across multiple programs.
  • •Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, customer requirements, and program commitments.
  • •Oversee industrial engineering and deployment readiness; ensure effective hardware assembly, installation, integration, and deployment activities.
  • •Lead Operations Program Management and Subcontract teams, ensuring subcontractor performance, monitoring supplier risks, and coordinating material planning and procurement readiness.
  • •Manage departmental budgets, labor forecasts, staffing plans, and operational expenditures; lead talent development and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, OSHA, FAR/DFARS, and other regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hardware development, manufacturing, operations, program management, or defense/aerospace environments.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional technical and operational teams.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing operations, hardware development lifecycles, deployment activities, and subcontract management.
  • •U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance; strong understanding of AS9100, ISO 9001, OSHA requirements, and government contracting environments.
