Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop a platform that provides world class Compliance tools and services that is compliant and able to provide best user experience and stick to the regulatory requirements
  • •Review the business requirement and come out with Product Requirements Document (PRD) to ensure the project is executed according to schedule to meet the deadlines
  • •Communicate with Engineers / Designers as well as internal stakeholders like Compliance and Customer Service to ensure the products offer the greatest value are prioritized
  • •Track and analyze key metrics to solve issues and drive continuous improvements
  • •Constant refinement on workflow design to ensure the system is intuitive for seamless operation to drive the efficiencies and user experience

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the tech, fintech, finance or blockchain industry
  • •Strong background or hands-on experience with Compliance processes such as AML, Transaction Monitoring etc. is a significant advantage
  • •Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced dynamic environments
  • •Expertise in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework
  • •Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
