Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping while operating and maintaining tools/equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • •Complete required training and provide on-the-job training or coordinate with others to train team members and validate successful completion.
  • •Lead team on job assignments and support team members in resolving issues during shift operations.
  • •Perform maintenance on equipment using hand tools and instrumentation, including operating forklift/crane when required and properly trained.
  • •Monitor equipment computers to review parameters/alarms, monitor process data using SPC concepts, escalate issues appropriately, coordinate approved tests, and provide shift reporting and inventory/waste management.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •Preference for an associate degree or certificates in a technical discipline.
  • •1+ year experience as at least a Coater Technician I.
  • •Safety-first mindset and strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills, including math skills to apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts.
  • •Ability to lead teams and provide on-the-job training with effective communication and basic computer application knowledge.
