Key Responsibilities

•Architect and engineer collaboration platforms aligned with enterprise architecture, security frameworks, and business requirements.
•Design advanced configurations and integrations, and build platform-level automation frameworks across Microsoft 365.
•Develop and enforce enterprise-wide governance frameworks for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and related services.
•Lead collaboration architecture for M&A due diligence, platform harmonization, migration design, and integration execution.
•Serve as highest-level escalation and lead problem management, root-cause analysis, and long-term resiliency improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related IT technical field (Master’s or advanced certifications preferred).
•7+ years of deep technical experience engineering and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystems.
•Expertise in Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and cloud-based architecture patterns.
•Strong proficiency with automation using PowerShell, Graph API, and workflow orchestration.
•Experience leading platform modernization, M&A migrations, and enterprise-scale collaboration initiatives.
