Farm Laborer

Operate in a poultry production environment by collecting, handling, and transferring eggs to trays and coolers while following egg-handling procedures. Monitor poultry houses, maintain cleanliness and biosecurity standards, remove mortality, and manage issues like egg jams. You’ll also support proper egg placement, weekly egg-room cleaning, and help maintain organized, safe work areas, including assigning work and meeting schedules when the supervisor or lead is absent.
