Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspire and guide Store Leaders and teams to deliver exceptional customer experience in every interaction across stores under your area.
  • •Provide data-based insights to support store decisions and performance improvements.
  • •Build trusted relationships with Store Leaders to execute store-related activities and implement plans to level up store performance.
  • •Oversee talent topics with individual stores and collaborate with Store Leaders and Talent Business Partners on execution.
  • •Collaborate with Retail Operation Lead to deliver New Store Opening plans and review SOPs and quality standards for existing stores.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in related retail industry with similar role or in customer-facing setting with managerial responsibilities
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
  • •Fluent in English and Mandarin (reading, speaking, writing)
  • •Operational retail experience in sports/fashion; passion for running is a plus
  • •Strong interpersonal, hospitality and communication skills; collaborative team player; entrepreneurial mindset; willingness to travel within China
