Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management with a focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink
  • •Investigate root causes of inventory accuracy issues and partner with store leadership to escalate gaps
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery/replenishment
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor, including floor set updates
  • •Move dynamically across the store to support safe, efficient operations and assist guests as needed
