Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the integrity and accurate documentation of asset data across all IT platforms.
•Monitor and mature infrastructure performance and capacity using KPIs and metrics.
•Develop, execute, and manage repeatable routines to identify improvements and remediate issues.
•Conduct regular capacity planning and proactive optimization of compute and storage services.
•Ensure standards, processes, and procedures compliance and support IT regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•5-7 years of relevant experience in an Enterprise Compute and Storage operations role.
•5-7 years of design and implementation experience with hypervisors (VMware, AHV, Hyper-V).
•5-7 years of design and implementation experience in managing storage (structured and unstructured datasets).
•Experience in ITIL-aligned service management and strong communication skills.
