Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute monthly payroll activities for Germany according to payroll calendars and service-level agreements.
  • •Collect, review, validate, and process payroll inputs including salary changes, bonuses, allowances, overtime, leave, terminations, and one-time payments.
  • •Perform payroll reconciliations, validation checks, and exception reporting to ensure accuracy before payroll sign-off.
  • •Coordinate payroll processing with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders, including off-cycle payrolls, adjustments, retroactive calculations, and special payments.

Key Requirements
