Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter accurate vehicle information into AS400 using a handheld Portable Terminal (PT) or headset-based data entry, including VIN, stock number, dealer identification, and vehicle details.
  • •Affix barcode/stock number stickers on vehicles and place work order numbers and routing labels upon entry, including flagging “no key” cars.
  • •Direct transporters to the proper car drop zone and report transport damage as needed.
  • •Take digital images of vehicles upon receipt and provide sale identification windshield code for drivers at check-in.
  • •Follow safety and health procedures and assist on sale days by driving vehicles through auction sales lanes, as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED preferred or less than 2 years’ experience in a related field.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to safely drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • •Basic computer skills and ability to input accurate vehicle data.
  • •Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting 1–15 pounds and frequent standing/walking and bending/kneeling/crouching.
  • •Vision abilities including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
