Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the quality liaison for PWMS to drive improvement in manufacturing and business process quality performance.
  • •Identify producibility opportunities and initiate aligned projects supported by business cases.
  • •Drive spec and QAD updates to improve yield and ensure compliance.
  • •Manage quality notifications (rMRP/SST QNs), including pulling open holds, writing QNs, facilitating hold lifts, and removing roadblocks.
  • •Support escape investigations and RCCA development, including escape package creation and leading QN activities such as prioritization, redisposition, and ESA discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years experience.
  • •Previous work experience in an Operations or Engineering environment with a strong background in continuous improvement.
  • •Knowledge and experience with AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality systems.
  • •Six Sigma green belt (or equivalent).
  • •Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and procedures and navigate technical requirement flowdown.
