Job Summary

Serve as the quality liaison for PWMS to improve manufacturing and business process quality performance. Drive producibility and process improvement projects, update specifications and quality tools to improve yield and compliance, and manage quality notifications (including holds and hold lifts). Support escape investigations and RCCA, analyze aged QNs, ensure MCAO compliance, and execute digital transformation testing using DP7 and NetInspect while maintaining SAP QN records.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the quality liaison for PWMS to drive improvement in manufacturing and business process quality performance.
•Identify producibility opportunities and initiate aligned projects supported by business cases.
•Drive spec and QAD updates to improve yield and ensure compliance.
•Manage quality notifications (rMRP/SST QNs), including pulling open holds, writing QNs, facilitating hold lifts, and removing roadblocks.
•Support escape investigations and RCCA development, including escape package creation and leading QN activities such as prioritization, redisposition, and ESA discussions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years experience.
•Previous work experience in an Operations or Engineering environment with a strong background in continuous improvement.
•Knowledge and experience with AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality systems.
•Six Sigma green belt (or equivalent).
•Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and procedures and navigate technical requirement flowdown.
