Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with multi-discipline groups to define requirements and develop high-level and detailed designs that satisfy them.
  • •Guide structural design and configuration development using trade studies to optimize structure and meet program requirements.
  • •Perform detailed structural and thermal analysis using hand calculations and analysis tools, and document results for compliance at module/slice/unit levels.
  • •Collaborate with Electrical Engineering on sizing and placement studies and layout/routing of PCBs.
  • •Validate designs via review, testing, and analysis; support process improvement, root-cause/corrective actions, and supplier make/buy technical recommendations.

Key Requirements
