Key Responsibilities

  • •Own access provisioning and deprovisioning across the SaaS environment, administer Google Workspace/SSO/password management, and run audit-ready access reviews.
  • •Own and evolve the MDM program, including device fleet lifecycle, endpoint policy/baselines, and secure cross-border logistics and disposal.
  • •Operate email security and endpoint detection tooling, including detection tuning, alert triage, and owning incident response through remediation and post-incident reviews.
  • •Run vulnerability and patch programs, manage external penetration testing, and deliver security awareness training.
  • •Close data protection gaps (DLP), own backup/restore testing and recovery procedures, and maintain retention policies, legal hold, and discovery support.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in IT operations or IT security with hands-on ownership of endpoint management and identity for a distributed team.
  • •Experience deploying and operating email security and endpoint detection tooling.
  • •Strong Google Workspace administration, including security and conditional access controls.
  • •Practical networking experience with firewall, wireless, VPN, DNS, and certificates.
  • •Working knowledge of SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST, or a comparable framework, including audit evidence requirements.
