Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform planned maintenance and unplanned repairs on production line equipment including electroplating, chemical etching, ultrapure process water treatment, solder mask printing, automated laser/mechanical drilling, PCB layup/lamination, and plasma etching systems.
  • •Perform maintenance and repairs on SMT line equipment and related assets such as epoxy dispensing printers, conveyor systems, thermal and test reliability chambers, and vacuum systems.
  • •Read and use mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics to troubleshoot systems down to the component level.
  • •Use diagnostic equipment and tools for monitoring, root-cause analysis, calibration, and reliability improvement recommendations.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers and vendor teams, provide feedback on downtime causes, and conduct training for production personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency.
  • •2+ years of maintenance or troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systems.
  • •Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and drawings down to the component level.
  • •Ability to safely execute lockout/tagout procedures and maintain a safe, clean working environment in an electro-chemical production setting.
  • •Current or past IPC certifications for IPC-A-600/IPC-6012 (or equivalent) and IPC-J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610.
