Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide individual and group counselling for students, staff, and families, addressing social, emotional, behavioral and academic development.
  • •Drive school-wide wellbeing programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns aligned with the pastoral care framework.
  • •Collaborate with teachers, parents, and leadership to identify student needs and implement interventions.
  • •Maintain confidential and accurate case records in line with safeguarding and regulatory guidelines.
  • •Contribute to policy development and the creation of a safe, inclusive, supportive school environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field
  • •Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings
  • •Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and wellbeing frameworks (UAE experience preferred)
  • •Excellent communication, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork skills
  • •Ability to design and deliver wellbeing-focused initiatives and workshops
