Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project setup by leading or assisting the Project Manager with creation and coordination of project initialization activities.
  • •Develop and maintain project logs, schedules, and financial/status reports for internal teams and clients.
  • •Coordinate client deliverables and manage documentation including contracts, financial reports, submittals, RFIs, and change orders with version control and audit protocols.
  • •Track project milestones, follow up on assigned responsibilities, and facilitate project meetings with agendas, notes, and action item tracking.
  • •Coordinate administrative support across teams by collaborating with Procurement and Finance on budgets, invoice approvals, payments, and supporting onboarding of project staff.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of relevant post-education experience in a related role.
  • •Strong understanding of project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and close-out phases.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Excel-based trackers.
  • •Experience managing project documentation and workflows using systems such as SharePoint, Procore, or similar platforms.
