Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate internship events including orientation, development sessions, networking, and social activities.
  • •Support intern onboarding and offboarding and respond to program questions.
  • •Support employee experience and Employee Resource Group initiatives through event planning, meeting coordination, communications, and follow-up.
  • •Create communications, presentations, schedules, surveys, project plans, and other program materials.
  • •Track participation, feedback, and program data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance programs and processes using creative ideas and technology, including AI tools where appropriate.

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, marketing, event management, or a related field.
  • •Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Effective written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with people across the organization.
  • •Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach with curiosity, critical thinking, and willingness to learn.
  • •Comfort using Microsoft Office tools and interest in learning how AI and emerging technology can improve HR work.
