Compensation Partner

Lead end-to-end compensation cycles, including annual merit, promotions, and off-cycle processes, from planning and modeling through execution and communication. Build and maintain global salary range structures using market pricing, survey participation, and benchmarking. Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, Finance, and Legal to design, govern, and deliver compensation programs, translating complex data into clear guidance and insights for leaders and managers.
