Job Summary

Lead the design and evolution of systems that power Legal, combining software engineering, system architecture, and legal domain expertise. Drive automation, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows across tools such as ELM, eDiscovery, and CLM to improve how Legal operates at scale. Build and deploy AI-driven solutions, create production-ready patterns and guardrails, and develop APIs, automations, and data pipelines using Databricks/Snowflake.

•Define and evolve scalable, cohesive architectures for legal systems.
•Identify and drive workflow improvements via automation, integration, and AI.
•Lead design and implementation of AI-driven solutions and guardrails for safe adoption.
•Build and oversee integrations across DocuSign CLM, Brightflag, Tonkean, AODocs, and other legal tools.
•Develop APIs, automations, and data pipelines, and provide technical leadership for eDiscovery and information governance workflows.

Key Requirements

•7–10+ years in software engineering, systems engineering, or architecture roles.
•Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.

•Deep ELM/eBilling and eDiscovery experience (EDRM lifecycle; Brightflag preferred).
