  • •Solve complex MongoDB-related problems for customers, including architecture, performance, recovery, and security discussions.
  • •Act as an expert resource on best practices for running MongoDB at scale and interface with product management and development teams on customer needs.
  • •Contribute to internal projects, including development of support tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics.
  • •Collaborate with customers and peers to ensure successful deployments and operational excellence in a 24/7 support environment.
  • •Participate in scheduling that may include volunteering for coverage outside standard work hours as part of regional events.
