Key Responsibilities

  • •Be hands on - write and review code, and provide expert-level coaching to engineers.
  • •Drive architectural decisions and maintain strong principles for scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
  • •Do full stack engineering across infrastructure, client side, back end, performance and data domains.
  • •Develop people by inspiring and integrating A-players into the team and building leadership capabilities.
  • •Operate autonomously by setting KPIs, owning delivery, and practicing data-driven decision making.

Key Requirements

  • •Extremely proficient in at least 1 programming language (Java, Scala, C#)
  • •Strong experience in systems architecture – particularly in complex, scalable and fault tolerant distributed systems
