Lead and develop the maintenance team for critical industrial equipment at Thales Toulouse Champollion. Key Responsibilities

•Animate and develop the maintenance team (technicians, specialists) to foster a high-performance culture.
•Oversee onboarding and training of new staff, ensuring maintenance standards are transmitted and followed.
•Monitor performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to drive continuous improvement.
•Intervene on alerts and disturbances to guarantee availability of industrial equipment; coordinate preventive, corrective and corrective actions according to defined plans.
•Collaborate with Production, Support, Purchasing, Quality and IT to ensure site overall performance and implement improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree or equivalent ( bac+5 ) with proven experience in industrial maintenance
•Experience leading or coordinating technical teams and demonstrated leadership
•Hands-on with field maintenance, supporting operational teams on complex industrial equipment
•Strong collaboration across maintenance, production, quality and procurement functions
•Ability to analyze issues, propose improvements and drive TPM/maintenance standardisation
