Key Responsibilities

  • •Animate and develop the maintenance team (technicians, specialists) to foster a high-performance culture.
  • •Oversee onboarding and training of new staff, ensuring maintenance standards are transmitted and followed.
  • •Monitor performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Intervene on alerts and disturbances to guarantee availability of industrial equipment; coordinate preventive, corrective and corrective actions according to defined plans.
  • •Collaborate with Production, Support, Purchasing, Quality and IT to ensure site overall performance and implement improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent ( bac+5 ) with proven experience in industrial maintenance
  • •Experience leading or coordinating technical teams and demonstrated leadership
  • •Hands-on with field maintenance, supporting operational teams on complex industrial equipment
  • •Strong collaboration across maintenance, production, quality and procurement functions
  • •Ability to analyze issues, propose improvements and drive TPM/maintenance standardisation
