Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Bellevue Square

Drive store sales goals by delivering an authentic, guest-first ALO experience through genuine connection and product education. Help customers quickly find what they need while building daily client relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Support sales floor coverage, initiatives, and store reporting with store leadership. Educate guests and staff on ALO’s product, community, and culture, and assist with shipment processing, replenishment, and front/back-of-house procedures.
