Key Responsibilities

•Develop construction plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates; coordinate with owners, other disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients, including safety and phasing plans and updated infrastructure layouts.
•Lead client-facing engagement sessions centered on technical memoranda.
•Lead and manage large-scale heavy civil engineering projects, including budgeting, monitoring hours/expenses, and supervising subcontractors and staff.
•Assist with engineering review of permit applications, design plans, and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
•Mentor staff and contribute to business development by building client relationships and identifying opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,200 - 198,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related discipline.
•10+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and civil design.
•Professional Engineer (PE) license required (multi-state preferred).
•Highly proficient with civil engineering principles, practices, design/build, permitting, and project work-related issues.
•Proficiency with discipline-specific design software (MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, InRoads, Geopak, GeoSlope, ANSYS, STADD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS).
