Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in talent acquisition, executive search, or talent sourcing, preferably in financial services or other complex professional services environments.

  • •Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing, research, and talent-intelligence tools.
  • •Strong market-mapping and talent-research capabilities, with analytical ability to turn talent-market data into actionable insights.
