Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean and sanitize all areas and equipment in the distribution center in accordance with Safety, GMP, and SOPs.
  • •Maintain sanitation equipment and PPE, including ensuring adequate PPE inventories are available.
  • •Supervise and review all sanitation activities performed by the sanitation team.
  • •Dispose of waste streams properly per training and instructions, and support compliant waste handling.
  • •Report progress and issues to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager, and assist sanitation duties as needed while working safely with chemicals.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a food processing, manufacturing or service industry.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience in Sanitation or Janitorial is preferred.
  • •Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written.
  • •Ability to work safely and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
