Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the operational backbone of Learning and Talent Development, owning systems, data, reporting, documentation, and compliance processes.
  • •Own reporting strategy, dashboard development, metric governance, and insights infrastructure for leadership decision-making.
  • •Serve as a cross-trained LMS administrator for My Sephora Learning, managing stakeholder-facing reporting, workflow optimization, and completion tracking.
  • •Manage end-to-end operations for program survey evaluations, including launch planning, population management, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • •Establish SOP governance and drive operational planning/execution for LVMH/Sephora global program cascades and annual learning audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, talent operations, learning operations, HRIS/LMS administration, or people analytics.
  • •Advanced knowledge of talent development and evaluation methodologies.

  • •Strong expertise in Learning Management Systems, including administration, governance, deployment, and optimization.
