•Build the Bangalore ECC team as an extension of existing home-unit CCs.
•Provide operational expertise and strategic leadership, support, guidance, and training to teams on all aspects.
•Assess skillsets and competencies and develop training/action plans with HoDs to resolve gaps.
•Ensure proper hiring in collaboration with HoDs.
•Maintain a culture of performance measurement, continuous improvement, metrics, and visual management within the team.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in engineering or related fields
•Strong team management and leadership skills with experience leading large teams (>50 people)
•Proven engineering management, people management and project management capabilities
•Ability to work in a complex matrix and multicultural environment and influence stakeholders
•Engineering background with clear understanding of latest technology and ability to identify the right team members
