Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to cultivate revenue opportunities in Healthcare/Managed Care.
•Identify client needs and design cost-effective risk, capital and growth solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•Accept lead broker/relationship manager responsibilities on select accounts and coordinate with the broking team.
•Acquire insurance licensure for P&C and A&H to broker/sell coverage under ASPN and Aon’s Managed Care platform.
•Travel as needed to manage client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Healthcare/Managed Care or related reinsurance fields
•Extensive knowledge of reinsurance coverages and solutions
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong relationship management
•Willingness to travel and manage multiple client accounts and teams
