Job Summary

Lead operational technology (OT) cybersecurity and industrial networking for refinery process control environments. Manage and support critical OT systems, administer OT Active Directory and privileged access, and design secure, segmented network architectures. Provide advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning, primarily across Honeywell process control environments. Partner with operational, engineering, and technology teams to deliver OT infrastructure initiatives while ensuring compliance with security architecture, audits, and corporate cybersecurity standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and support critical OT systems and infrastructure to ensure availability, reliability and performance of refinery process control environments and industrial networks.
•Administer OT Active Directory and access management, including identity management, role-based access controls, security groups and privileged account governance.
•Design, implement and maintain secure industrial network architectures, including switches, firewalls, routers, wireless networks and segmented OT environments aligned with cybersecurity standards.
•Provide advanced technical support and leadership, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, disaster recovery planning and system optimisation.
•Partner with stakeholders and project teams to deliver OT infrastructure initiatives, supporting design, commissioning, governance and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with security architecture, network segmentation standards and audits.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, with industry certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft or VMware highly regarded.
•Extensive experience supporting Operational Technology environments within manufacturing, industrial or process control operations.
•Strong expertise in Active Directory administration, identity and access management, and OT cybersecurity principles.
•Experience designing, implementing and supporting industrial networks, including switching, routing, firewalls and network segmentation.
•Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimise complex OT infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments, with exposure to Honeywell control systems highly desirable.
