Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next in Carvana Inspection Centers.
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can view them in Carvana spinners (for applicable roles).
  • •Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and identify imperfections or defects (for applicable roles).
  • •Follow safety procedures and be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).

  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments/equipment.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
