Senior Solutions Engineer

Serve as a technical advisor for enterprise prospects and customers, driving value-based solutioning and integration of an AI-native conversational platform. Partner with Account Executives on pre-sales discovery and qualification, architect generative AI experiences, and build tailored demos for customer needs. Communicate complex technical concepts to C-level, business, and engineering stakeholders across enterprise ecosystems.
