Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise next-generation firewalls (NGFW) and cloud-native security services.
  • •Provide escalation support by isolating network faults and performing deep packet analysis and RCA during test executions.
  • •Develop security operations and testing framework automation using Python, REST APIs, or configuration automation tools.
  • •Partner with engineering teams to file critical software bugs and scope future product feature requests.
  • •Build AI/agentic test workflows for test generation, failure triage, debugging, and log analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude) for test automation.
  • •Python-based AI libraries and REST API integrations experience.
  • •Knowledge of Docker/containers and virtualization concepts.
