Lead pricing strategy and vendor management for Braze’s Messaging portfolio (SMS, MMS, RCS, and others). Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Product Management, and Partnerships to maintain competitive pricing, maximize gross profit, and support RFPs and bespoke pricing. Own vendor contracts with SMS/MMS, RCS, Email, and WhatsApp vendors; analyze cost data and stay ahead of pricing trends and industry changes.

•Own vendor contracts and relationships with SMS/MMS, RCS, Email, and WhatsApp vendors
•Analyze and maintain pricing and cost data sheets and produce up-to-date cost sheets while reevaluating prices, margins, and volumes
•Negotiate with vendors on bespoke pricing to maximize Gross Profit and drive growth
•Support pricing input to Client RFPs and customer pricing requests
•Generate cost and price-related reporting to support decision-making

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 155,000 annually
