Key Responsibilities

  • •Implements and drives the store’s sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and aligning with store leadership and company objectives.
  • •Leads and supports Flow initiatives to drive sales while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensures engagement with customers and provides a friendly, easy-to-shop environment on the sales floor.
  • •Maintains knowledge of product, store goals, initiatives, and new product launches; educates guests on the product, community and culture.
  • •Supports in executing shipment, visual merchandising placement, replenishment, and front/back of house procedures to keep the store clean, inviting, and efficient.

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment (preferred)
