Job Summary

Join ALO as a part-time Sales Associate at Village at Rochester Hills. Key Responsibilities

•Implements and drives the store’s sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and aligning with store leadership and company objectives.
•Leads and supports Flow initiatives to drive sales while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
•Ensures engagement with customers and provides a friendly, easy-to-shop environment on the sales floor.
•Maintains knowledge of product, store goals, initiatives, and new product launches; educates guests on the product, community and culture.
•Supports in executing shipment, visual merchandising placement, replenishment, and front/back of house procedures to keep the store clean, inviting, and efficient.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment (preferred)

•Confidently introduces all facets of the business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through personal testimony and knowledge
•Able to maintain engagement with customers and support store goals and initiatives
