Key Responsibilities

•Produce board, loan portfolio, and ad hoc reports as requested.
•Assist in administration of the commercial construction draw process.
•Review construction loan packages to ensure the bank’s position complies with original approvals between borrower and lender.
•Maintain and update residential construction monitoring via BankLabs and track projects related to construction and commercial real estate.
•Monitor, review, and maintain loan and collateral codes; order REIS reports; prepare documentation for loan reviews and audits; support file organization and user guides.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, banking, or a related field.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially manipulating large datasets in Microsoft Excel.
•Working knowledge of collateral instruments (e.g., letter of credit, UCC filings, and personal/corporate guarantees).
