Job Summary

Own Oracle Cloud HCM reporting in an ERP environment as a technical specialist. Plan and guide Oracle Cloud HCM assessments, prepare design proposals, and make decisions that impact project outcomes. Support full lifecycle implementations, including reporting and extracts using OTBI, BIP, HCM Extract, and Fast Formulas. Also contribute to HCM accelerators and develop proof of concepts for clients, working across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the technical owner for Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system.
•Plan and direct Oracle Cloud HCM product selection assessments and prepare design proposals.
•Recommend and make decisions materially impacting project outcomes.
•Develop and fine tune estimating models and methodologies for HCM initiatives.
•Architect solutions and create proof of concepts for clients and prospects, including mentoring junior consultants.

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of relevant experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
•Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM and high-level HR business processes.
•Reporting expertise with OTBI, BIP, HCM Extract, and Fast Formulas.
•Participated in 2+ full lifecycle implementation projects as a technical owner.
•Experience with Redwood UI migration and Agentic AI.
