Job Summary

Lead the Code Compliance function, overseeing and improving the firm’s Code of Ethics, personal trading, outside activities, and conflicts of interest framework. Manage and coach a team, run day-to-day compliance operations, and act as an escalation point for complex, high-risk matters. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Technology, HR, and the business to modernize controls through technology, data, and process innovation, including monitoring workflows, reporting, and analytics.

•Lead and manage the Code Compliance function, providing strategic direction for personal trading, outside activities, gifts & entertainment, and conflicts of interest frameworks.
•Directly manage and develop the team, including setting objectives, coaching, feedback, and career development.
•Oversee day-to-day compliance operations, including timely and consistent review of disclosures, approvals, monitoring activities, and issue resolution.
•Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-risk employee compliance matters, providing guidance and risk-based decisions.
•Lead strategic projects to modernize compliance via system enhancements, policy updates, workflow automation, and process redesign; drive continuous improvement and analytics for reporting and control effectiveness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 236,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

•Experience leading cross-functional compliance initiatives and driving organizational change in a matrixed environment.
