Job Summary

Lead production control for the PAC-3 Seeker factory, building a 2–3 week look-ahead production schedule and directing the production control team using KPI-driven oversight. Serve as the work-center focal for sub-assembly line monitoring to balance flow and control WIP, eliminating overproduction. Partner with QA and production to meet ISO standards, execute activities across manufacturing disciplines, and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and support development of the production schedule/shop load (2–3 weeks look ahead) for the PAC-3 Seeker factory, including re-entry of non-conforming product on NCRs.
•Lead the production control team for the Seeker factory using KPI's.
•Serve as work center focal for line monitoring of sub-assembly areas to ensure optimal line balancing, WIP control, and elimination of over production.
•Work with QA and production to ensure quality parts and compliance with ISO standards.
•Perform activities across multiple manufacturing disciplines and lead process improvements by acquiring resources and providing technical management of suppliers.
