Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L2/L3 production support for Managed File Transfer (MFT) services and B2B file exchange platforms, monitoring and resolving failures and delays.
  • •Administer and support IBM Sterling components, handling backend configurations, upgrades, patches, and Sterling component troubleshooting.
  • •Manage trading partner onboarding and ongoing support, including connection settings, partner configurations, and external testing coordination.
  • •Support secure file transfer operations using SFTP and Connect:Direct, monitoring inbound/outbound transmissions and addressing routing/delivery exceptions.
  • •Ensure security and compliance by managing SSL/TLS certificates, PGP encryption/decryption, renewals, key management, security audits, and participating in incident/change management with runbooks and on-call support.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide L2/L3 production support for Managed File Transfer (MFT) and B2B file exchange platforms.
  • •Administer IBM Sterling components including IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG), B2B Integrator, Connect:Direct, Secure Proxy, SEAS, and IBM Control Center.
  • •Troubleshoot file transfer failures, connectivity issues, routing/mailbox problems, and processing delays; perform root cause analysis and preventive measures.
  • •Manage security and compliance for secure file exchange, including SSL/TLS certificates and PGP encryption/decryption and related audits.
  • •Support infrastructure and operations including AIX and Windows environments and Java platform upgrades; perform SQL queries for troubleshooting.
