Key Responsibilities

  • •Own vehicle system-level electrical power analyses (ELA, Emergency Mode Analysis, Battery Sizing, Short-Circuit, Bus Integrity).
  • •Shape electrical architecture trade studies and develop the power roadmap for the Fury platform and future vehicle variants.
  • •Develop vehicle integration-level test plans, verification procedures (VTPs), and validation criteria for power distribution systems.
  • •Ensure power system designs comply with MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, and MIL-STD-1760.
  • •Execute SWaP trade studies and Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEA), and perform circuit/power modeling using simulation tools (LTspice, SIMPLIS, Multi-Spice).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •8+ years of experience in vehicle- or aircraft-level electrical power distribution systems and systems integration.
  • •Proven leadership in electrical loads analysis, battery sizing, and power budget calculations for complex aerospace/high-power platforms.
  • •Proficiency in electrical simulation and modeling tools such as LTspice, SIMPLIS, Multi-Spice (or equivalent).
  • •Knowledge of military standards including MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-810, and MIL-STD-1760, plus experience with SWaP trade studies and FMEA.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance.
