Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard, oversee, maintain partnerships with, and coach third-party vendors to meet contractual/operational goals.
  • •Evaluate vendor work product for quality, accuracy, and adherence to contract terms.
  • •Resolve complaint and payment discrepancy issues within the vendor MOI.
  • •Provide direction on borderline Total Loss situations and make/advance physical damage loss decisions within granted authority.

Key Requirements

  • •4 years auto physical damage estimating experience.
  • •Currently possess or acquire and maintain I-CAR Platinum Pro-Level 3 certification within 12 months of hire.
  • •Acquire and maintain an insurance adjuster license within 90 days and designated number of attempts.
  • •Capability to prioritize, problem solve, and effectively communicate next steps and path to resolution.
